Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Service Technician who can take on drywall repair projects from start to finish. You'll be representing our brand in the field, working independently and alongside other team members to deliver excellent results and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned drywall repair and installation jobs efficiently and professionally

  • Keep your work vehicle clean, stocked, and organized

  • Collect customer payments and manage invoicing through our mobile system

  • Attend weekly meetings and share feedback to help improve processes

  • Represent the company with professionalism at every job site

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, self-starting individual with a strong work ethic

  • Drywall experience is required.

  • Willingness to learn estimating and invoicing tools (we’ll train you!)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: D.O.E hourly based on experience and productivity

  • Time off: 5 Paid sick days

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Possible weekends

  • Holidays: 3 Major holidays off
