Position Overview

We’re hiring an Estimator to assess drywall projects, prepare accurate quotes, and support seamless communication between customers and our field technicians. This role is vital in helping local homeowners and business owners understand their project scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person and virtual site visits to assess drywall project scope

  • Create detailed, accurate drywall estimates for repairs and new installations

  • Communicate clearly with residential and commercial clients about their options

  • Coordinate with drywall technicians to ensure smooth project execution

  • Track estimates, revisions, approvals, and follow-up in a timely manner

  • Answer questions, build trust with customers, and help secure new jobs

  • Support scheduling and planning efforts based on approved quotes

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in estimating required, drywall, construction, or home services preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Comfortable using technology, email, and basic estimating tools/software

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
