Position: Drywall Repair Technician

As a Drywall Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for completing a variety of drywall services for residential and commercial clients. From patching holes and cracks to installing new sheetrock and applying professional ceiling textures, you’ll help us restore and enhance walls and ceilings across North County San Diego.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow Rapid Drywall Repair’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every project
Provide drywall repair services, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
Perform sheetrock installation with precision and care
Apply ceiling textures, including knockdown, orange peel, and popcorn texture removal
Keep work areas clean and safe – leave every job cleaner than you found it
Communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members
Show up on time and ready to work
Represent the company with professionalism and pride

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Previous drywall experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
